Abstract


Separation anxiety is a kind of emotional reaction, which is a kind of separation anxiety, and is one of the common psychological problems of children. Young children left the family, began to face a strange environment, unfamiliar relationships. Young children often feel nervous or uneasy about things and objects, and leave their parents to take care of them.


In the face of this kind of environment, the separation anxiety has been shown. Once this anxiety level is too high, but also on the child's physical and mental health development will have a negative impact. In this paper, with 13 children in Zhuhai City, kindergarten as the research object, using the child behavior checklist, parent and teacher interviews, sandplay, were studied in three ways. And sand table game as an intervention strategy, the child's separation anxiety intervention.


Through the analysis and collation of research data. This study draws conclusions. Separation anxiety behavior mainly has the following several kinds, and can exist at the same time.

  1. Can not be separated from the parents. Crying, shouting, constantly looking for parents or other family members. Once you go to kindergarten, the children show negative emotions.

  2. Can not live in normal kindergarten. Crying, hunger strike, one person away from other students, can not believe others, rely on the teacher, the attack on other children.

There are several reasons for separation anxiety, and can exist at the same time. Sandplay therapy has a better effect on children's separation anxiety. Boys and girls respond to separation anxiety.
